FEE STRUCTURE FOR ALL ONLINE BUYERS (ONLINE OR ONSITE):
A 10% administration fee will be charged on all items selling for $15000 or less.
A 3.5% administration fee will be charged on all items selling above $15000 (this fee will be a minimum of $1500 per lot and be capped at a maximum of $1950 per lot)
Real Estate auction carries a 10% Buyers Premium.
